Fluid anti-shrinkage fiber-reinforced grout for the structural restoration of concrete.

CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
Single-component grout based on special cements, selected aggregates, resins, fluidizing and anti-shrinkage additives, synthetic fibers. The mix is featured by an excellent fluidity, suitable for restoring and reinforcing reinforced concrete and cements with complex geometry by pouring in forms, with very good compacting even without vibration. Thickness up to 2 cm. For higher thickness, it is recommended to add grain size aggregates suitable for the relevant intervention, in a percentage from 20% to 40% of the product weight. After the hardening, the grout features high mechanical resistance and high resistance to carbonation. It is conform to the European Norm EN 1504-3, class R4CC.

Structural restoration of horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. Re-building of the slab layer after removing deteriorated parts. Section increases in bearing structures. Restoration of cement and reinforced concrete structures where
a pourable grout is recommended because of complex geometry.
