According to art. 10 of Act 675/96, regarding the safeguard of people and other subjects as for the personal data processing, we give you the following information on the processing of your personal data transferred to ADESITAL.
1) In particular, the processing of your data is necessary for:
   a) assisting you in the use of the service and, generally, enabling you to use such service;
   b) sending you various information and/or promotional communications and materials concerning the services and the contents of this site www.adesital.it;
   c) using your data for statistical surveys, on aggregate rather than individual basis;
2) data are processed through suitable procedures to safeguard confidentiality and consists in data collecting, recording, arranging, keeping, processing, changing, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, deleting, interlinking and everything else useful for performing the services, including in the combination of two of the above activities or more.

Your data shall be treated by employees and/or collaborators charged by Adesital SpA, performing such activities under the direct supervision and responsibility of Adesital. 
4) The personal data transmission by you is totally optional; anyway, the possible refusal to enter them in the page dedicated to the registration makes it impossible to access and use the services. 
5) The data, or part of them, can be transferred to:
   a) third companies controlled by Adesital S.p.A.;
   b) outsourced individuals performing functions connected with or serving to the operativeness of the services offered by Adesital S.p.A., such as - as mere example - the management of the computer system;
   c) outsourced individuals performing consulting and service functions to Adesital on legal, tax and financial matters; 
   d) individuals whose right to access the data is acknowledged by law regulations or orders by authorities;
   e) Adesital SpA shall further - if authorized - transfer the data to companies asking them for advertising and marketing purposes, as well as to third companies with which Adesital SpA carries out co-marketing activities.
