VILLA PICINI BATTAGLIA

The restoration of Villa Comunale Pacini Battaglia, an 18th-century residence spanning 1,000 m² across three levels and surrounded by a 9,000 m² park, involved the renovation and enhancement of both interior and exterior spaces, with the aim of creating new areas for cultural and social activities. For the restoration of the masonry, ADESITAL systems from the ADESAN CALCE range were applied to 2,500 m² of surfaces, while ADESAN NHL INTONACO was used on an additional 1,000 m². The project also included the installation of approximately 1,000 m² of porcelain stoneware flooring using EXTRA 30 POWER N and FUGAMAGICA ZEROSEI MATERIA.
