Wall installation of a glassy mosaic on a cementitious render

 

PRELIMINARY STEPS:
Before installing the material, check the quality, the consistency and the mechanical properties of the render as indicated in the norm UNI 11493. After this step, choose a suitable notched trowel for applying the product.

Prepare the substrate properly and level the adhesive type B75 MONOCOLOR, ADEFLEX GREEN S1, ADEFLEX GREEN S2 and ADEFLEX GREEN S1 RAPID.

Then, apply the adhesive with the toothed part of the squeegee.

Application of the sheet of glassy mosaic.

Press evenly the tesseras with a suitable rubber squeegee to ensure a complete wetting of their back side.

Make sure that the adhesive does not fill in the gaps between the tiles to be filled with sealant type ADEPOXY MATERIA or ADEPOXY MATERIA TECH.
