RIVA MARINA RESORT CDS HOTEL

At the Riva Marina Resort – CDS Hotel, nestled in the natural setting of Torre Guaceto, we completed a major renovation project. To repair the concrete structures, we used ADEGROUT TISSOTROPICO fiber-reinforced mortar. The interiors, covering approximately 11,000 square meters of floors, were covered in porcelain stoneware using FLEXO white cementitious adhesive, completed with FUGAMAGICA MATERIA POWER decorative sealant. Outside, we waterproofed 1,900 square meters of balconies and terraces using two systems: ADEPROOF ELASTOCEM and the ADEPROOF BARRIERA system. Finally, the tiles were installed using EXTRA 30 POWER BIANCO FLASH high-performance cementitious adhesive. All the products chosen have very low VOC emissions and are EC1 Plus certified.
